We're engaged!!!
I'm getting married!!!
It was perfect and magical and amazing.
Here's the story...
After school on Friday Art, Sarah, Allan, Emily, Katie, Jesse, Brian and I drove up to Atlantic City [supposedly] for Art and Allan's birthday. When we were in a casino. I was was playing "Price is Right" slot machine when a security guard came up to me randomly and asked to see my i.d. Well, it's expired and the new one hasn't come. Long story short...I was asked to leave the casino.
So, Brian and I went out to walk on the boardwalk and made our way to the beach. And
he asked me to marry him and of course I said yes!!!
Everyone was waiting for us back in the casino. [They all knew]. We all celebrated, planned and soaked in every moment until the wee hours of the morning this morning.
I can not believe this is happening!!!
My heart is bursting with joy!!!

| 25 Yesterday was my birthday... Friday: Faculty Christmas Part Extravaganza Saturday: 6 hours in the Tattoo Palor...absolutely worth it! Thristy Dog ...thank you birthday fund! Sunday: Relax Monday: Good, slow day at school... The perfect card, from the perfect man. Fabulous dinner with friends and milkshakes. Phone calls, comments galore... e-mails from far away. A dream come true :a subscription to Cosmo. A quiet evening with The Notebook. Thank you to everyone who made my day so special. | | |
| Morning of parent techer conferences day #2: I'm not going to lie to you...yesterday was rough. Not becuase of the parents, or grades, or even really the fact that it lasted for 12 hours. I left in a tizzy. A tizzy I tell you! And I'm about to face day 2. Soon it will be over and I can comfort myslef with Brian, friends, family and turkey. In other news: I broke down and got a myspace account. No bells or whistles [or even pictures] but it's there... I went to Jackson this past weekend for the Greenwood finale. It was wonderful! Seeing old friends, and new babies...[Jack Young is precious], being nostalgic and eating Sonic. The band was incredible!!! It was a whirl wind, but I am so grateful that I got to go. Good times. Be safe if you travel...enjoy days off and and good food. More than likely, if you are reading this... I am very thankful for you! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! | | |
| Yesterday, Brian surprised me [to celebrate 6 months...]with tickets to see:

we had the greatest time... James Taylor was incredible!!! The theater was beautiful. It was the most fun surprise. Brian is the most wonderful surpriser...
We could not have had a more amazing Tuesday.

I feel like I've been holding my breath all week and I finally exhaled this afternoon...
